About Ulf Henriksson
Ulf Henriksson, Board Member Hexagon AB and Senior Adviser to TPG, has more than 20 years experience of transformational leadership and consistent achievement of breakthrough results for global businesses. Ulf has unique ability to change people and business capabilities performance in complex and multitude culture situations.
Ulf has spent 7 years (2004 to 2011) as a chief executive officer and chief operating officer for Invensys Plc.
Invensys is the merger in 1999 between Siebe and BTR that went from a market capitalisation of £10b+ to £500m.
Ulf successfully transform Invensys from a debt burden, fragmented lose making conglomerate as a global electronic manufacture to leading integrated technology company, with no debt, investment grade, 7th best performing stock on FTSE100 and best technology and industrial stocks.
Ulf visionary leadership and execution capability was again proven during the recession (from 2008 to end of 2010) as Invensys:
- Grow it's order book by 80%, whereof emerging market grow 450%
- Increased investment by 35% as financial outlook statement was maintained "..to improve financial performance over last year .. " was achieved.
- Established itself as thought leader for industrial customer
Among his significant previous positions, Ulf served as President at Honeywell, Operating VP at Eaton and General Manager at Volvo Aero.
Ulf hold a double degree from University of Luleå, Sweden.1983-1987 a Master of Science in Engineering and 1985-1988 Bachelor of Economics in Marketing.
